The various youth organizations of the church should work closely with the youth ministries department of the conference. The church works for and with its youth through Adventist Youth Ministries (AYM). Under the AYM, youth are to work together, in cooperation with the wider church community, towards the development of a strong youth ministry that includes spiritual, mental, and physical development of each individual, Christian social interaction, and an active witnessing program that supports the general soul-winning plans of the church. In the quest for discipleship, the goal of AYM should be to bring all youth to a saving relationship with Christ, build them up in His Word to reflect a Christ-like character, train them how to serve the church and communities using their spiritual gifts, and send them out to reach the communities in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Adventist Muslim Relations is a department that has proved a success and enlighten the remnant church in approach to the Muslim world. This has also helped Chuo Kikuu Church in its mission of preaching the everlasting gospel to every nation, tribe and race in context of the three angels’ messages. Revelation14:6-12

The Association of Tanzanian Adventist Professionals and Entrepreneurs (ATAPE) department brings together all professionals and entrepreneurs within the church with an emphasis to mobilize church members to use their God-given professions, skills, talents, and wealth for the improvement of the well-being of their fellow members and the community in which they live and for the advancement of the gospel work.

Building and construction department deals with different building projects in the church. Currently the department is overseeing the construction of center of influence and church building at Changanyikeni.

Through children's ministry, children from birth to age 14 can grow in their faith and become a part of the Church. It aims to offer a variety of programs that will draw kids to Jesus and train them to follow Him every day. The Children’s Ministries Department helps nurture the spiritual growth of children and trains them as young leaders.

Communication ministry calls for the support of every layperson, Church employee, and Church institution. The intention is to offer them a friendly and successful way to introduce Jesus. The communication department promotes the use of a sound program of public relations and all contemporary communication techniques, sustainable technologies, and media in the promulgation of the gospel.
