Newstart Champion
Our church community comes together for a dynamic exercise program that encourages physical health and well-being every Sunday, twice a month. Each session, which is made to fit people of all ages and fitness levels, starts with a mild warm-up and consists of a sequence of exercises that target cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. The program places a strong emphasis on creating a friendly, upbeat environment that lets participants work out together and builds a sense of community. Attending every two months meetings helps people connect with other community members while also enhancing their physical well-being.
