TRAINING TO BUILD YOUTH CAPABILITIES IN SOFT SKILLS AND POST-COLLEGE CAPABILITIES
Youths must acquire critical soft skills due to increased competitiveness in the world. Soft skills are the foundation of both personal and professional success. This service will fulfill the need by hosting masterclasses and seminars to train youth necessary skills whereas, these sessions will be conducted by qualified personnel. The sessions will be facilitated through various educational materials, teaching aids, ICT equipment and any other relevant tools necessary to support the training programs. The centre will adapt a special curriculum prepared by professionals to guide the modality in which these skills will be provided.

INNOVATION INCUBATION
The innovation incubation service is designed to catalyze graduate/youth to use their learned knowledge in creative and entrepreneurial thinking around a problem, need, or question, with the goal of fostering new solutions and opportunities. The centre will provide a space for youth to work on new ideas and get feedback from their peers, the incubator is a great way to jump start innovation program, it help move from ideation to implementation quickly and effectively, and thus foster the innovation.
DAY CARE SERVICES
The purpose of the day care facility is to provide children with a secure and nurturing environment while their parents or guardians work or attend to other duties through recruiting qualified, ethical and experienced day care workers. The facility will extend “creche” functions by taking care of children of age 3 Months- 2 years to cater for the schooling and working parents in need of the service soon after maternity period.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERVICES
The health and wellness services will be guided by the Adventist health slogan i.e., Living God's love by inspiring health, wholeness, and hope. In this spirit the ‘NEW START’ which stands for the acronym of the Adventist health principles i.e., access to pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power shall form the pillar of these services. These Adventist health principles are provided for in various Adventist health literature including the Ministry of Healing by Ellen G. White.

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
The educational services that shall be offered shall include; Primary school education and Secondary school education. These educational services shall be primarily offered under the Adventist Education Philosophy which is geared to prepare the individual for a useful and joy- filled life, fostering friendship with God, whole-person development, Bible-based values, and selfless service. The services shall in addition be guided by the policy guidelines by the ministry of education of the United Republic of Tanzania as offered from time to time including; the National Education Act, 1978. The mode of implementation will be according to the National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) guidelines.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES
Our hospitality services aim to create lasting experiences for guests by providing excellent accommodation, event hosting and personalized guest hosting. By prioritizing guest satisfaction, comfort, and safety, a delightful stay or event will be ensured. This will be guaranteed by recruiting qualified staff with great working experience in the field of hospitality. The services will be facilitated by accommodation tools, conference hall and restaurant equipment and any other equipment necessary to support the provision of this service. The following classifications will be available, which shall form part of the hospitality services at the Center of Influence. The following hospitality services will be there!
PRINTING SERVICES
The center will be equipped with printing facilities to do digital printing, wide format printing, laser printing, screen printing and embroidery.
ORPHANAGE SERVICE
An orphanage is a vital institution that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children who have lost their parents or have been abandoned. The orphanage service will accommodate 50 children in the span of the first 5 years living. Drawing inspiration from biblical teachings, we will outline the key aspects of operating an orphanage and highlight best practices to ensure the well-being and development of the children.
